Hola recientemente iba a cancelar mi suscripción pero me ofrecieron una oferta y la acepté, de inmediato me hicieron el cargo de la nueva oferta pero me indicaron que me realizarían una devolución por un monto según lo que ya he pagado. Me podrían ayudar
