Estimados cambie la tarjeta de pago y me sigue cobrando en la tarjeta vieja y en la nueva. Necesito urgente una solucion, vengo pagando doble hace 3 meses

    Did you change payment methods in your account portal?

     

    1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below and click on Manage Plan > Manage Payment.

    2. If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
    3. Secure online chat is available in English 24/7.
    4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
    5. Alternately, phone customer service Monday  - Friday during normal business hours.

    Muchas gracias por la colaboración, pero eso ya lo hice y actualice el pago a una nueva tarjeta de credito, pero no me deja de cobrar con la tarjeta que tenia cargado previamente.

    Me cobro septiembre y octubre en las dos tarjetas de credito.
