    @Peru Bob is correct that Lightroom Mobile subscriptions are managed through third party app stores.  However, in cases like yours where you are signed into the wrong Lightroom account, they won’t be able to help you find the correct Lightroom account.

    When you signed into your current free Lightroom account, did you see a message informing you that you have another Lightroom account that is subscribed?

    If you purchased your subscription through a third-party provider (such as AppleGoogle, or Microsoft), your account is managed by them.
