Paid Adobe account through Techsoup

I have 3 Adobe Pro accounts that I paid for through Techsoup Canada. 

I have logged in only to find out that I no longer have paid versions - according to our receipts our subscription is valid until 2026.

Any suggestions? Very frustrating.
