I paid money already but program is still error. my work is stuck. I need you fix it  ADOBE. my work is stuck because this program is error fffff

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

    In Creative Cloud I paid money already. but when I open program they said I'm not paid. I uninstall pr and ae already because I paid but I can't use it this is so terrible for me my work is stuck
