paid creative cloud membership card (1 year)

Hello,

Previously I had paid for a 1 year creative cloud membership cloud. However, I realized I'm not going to use it for a full year and asked the associate if there's an expiration for this since I want to save it for a time I know I will use it more. The associate back then said there's no expiration for this.

I'm trying to activate this card now, but there's nowhere for me to input the code? I chatted with two agents and they told me if I post a question here "my issue will definitely get resolved".

I really hope I didn't pay for a full year of membership that I can't even use?

Please help!

Attached a photo of the front of card I have. The backside has a code that I obtained through scratching off with a coin.

hi,

i purchased it from my school. i mean it's been a few years but i paid for it.

the terms of the card just says, scratch off for the code and i can use it for 12 months.

i had another card, which i used already . i paid for 2 years total.

it shouldnt matter if im a student or not anymore, because i was told it doesnt expire T_T
