Paid for InDesign but locked out by Adobe

I work for a non-profit and Adobe very graciously extended a non-profit plan for Adobe InDesign. Thank you, Adobe! Recently, they were billing us for a second plan at the higher, for-profit rate. I contested that and it has stopped. Unfortunately, now we are still paying the non-profit rate (yay!), but I am locked out of InDesign. I tried to get help through the Admin Console, but I am locked out of that too, so I can't talk with Accounts and address this issue. I really love using InDesign, but I can't go from double-paying to locked out. Because I work for a non-profit, we have to watch all our pennies, so even saving that small amount matters. Anyone have any suggestions how to fix this conundrum? Can someone from Adobe get in touch with me?

If you can't get into your account page, you can search this page for a regionally appropriate phone number for customer support.

When you sign in, and it asks for password, check and see if it is asking you to choose between "personal" and "enterprise". Some people have seen the choice.

Thank you! Yes, I had that choice and I tried both pathways without success. Thanks for responding though. See the response above.

Thank you! That was very helpful. I was able to get on the phone with someone who could sort out the issue for me. Is there a chance that could be given as an option on the little window where it wouldn't let me have AdminConsole privileges? Would have saved me a whole ton of time. Anyway, thanks!
