Paid for subscription not showing under account management

Hello, i bought Photoshop and paid for 1 year, if i log into adobe creative cloud it says i have not active subscriptions.

But in my invoice i can see the payment for Photoshop with and expiry date end of this year.

How can i get this corrected ?

We have checked your account and we see that you have a cancelled Photoshop subscription under the email address associated with the community. The subscription was cancelled last year 11/19/2022.

 

Please check if you mat have signed up with Adobe using an alternate email address
