Paid Free Trial with GCash, it didn't go through.

Question

Hi.Few days back, I paid the free trial of Adobe InDesign using GCash. Only to be declined due to its “lacking” in validity, because of this, I wasn’t able to cancel my free trial plan.The email you sent me doesn’t sit right with me because the transaction went through and I have transactional evidence that recorded the payment. Please fix this issue.

I am sorry for the problems you encountered subscribing to and using our services using GCash. I do see that your subscription is still active, but past due.

I don't see any records of any previous attempts to reach us, Myrich, so please use a different device if you are unable to contact anyone or are redirected to this public discussion forum.
