Paid plan without any download.

I was trying to download/ buy InDesign Plan for my MacBook Air OS-X , 

 

The payment plan was successful but not shown in my history or in my profile that I bought it, 

also ended up not downloading it because it said "not compatible" with my laptop version. 

 

How can I refund the payment ?
