Paid subscription doesn't work!

Hello everyone! Not so long ago I discovered that my paid current premium Lightroom subscription crashed. The application gives the following message: "Subscription is not available. Adobe has suspended all new sales of goods and services in your country." And in the application itself there is information that the subscription has expired. Although the App Store shows that the subscription is valid until August 2, 2025!

Question: what to do? I have been working in this application for several years, and because of the political situation that happened almost 3 years ago, you delete access to the subscription, despite the fact that we, like other users, paid for it? Why in this case they didn't close access 3 years ago, but only now, what's the point of it?
Terribly unpleasant story, all work is suspended, terrible attitude to their users who pay money for the product and do not receive it!
