Paid to much for a subscription

Because of errors on the part of Adobe, I paid (not voluntarily) $600 for a one year subscription to Acrobat. 

 

They say they cannot refund the overpayment because they are not allowed. 

 

Can anyone from Adobe assist?  This is not a technical issue.

After much to and fro with Adobe and cancellation of my subscription and devices, Adobe finally agreed to refund payments and sent an email accordingly.  Notthing more to do. Thanks.
