Paiement arriéré de facture

Bonsoir 

suite à des problèmes de vie grave je n’ai pas vraiment prêté attention à mes abonnements ;j’ai l’impression d’être trop facturé comme un « doublon» (je peux me tromper j’ai un trouble anxieux généralisé) je ne conteste pas les avoir souscrit je souhaite simplement régler à l’amiable mes arrières de paiement 

j’essaye de changer de mode de paiement pour ma formule je n’y arrive pas 

 

quelqu’un peut-il me renseigner ?

    I can confirm that you currently have three different subscriptions, many of which do not offer any additional value, Spadino. Your Photoshop and Creative Cloud Pro plans are both past due, while the Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1 TB of storage is still active.
