Hesabımdan iki kere para çekildi . İki kere iptal etmemem rağmen herhangi bir ücret iadesi yapılmadı . 14 gün içinde iptal ettiğim için ücret iadesi yapılacağını söylediler . Hakkım olan ücret iadesi ne zman banka hesabıma gönderilecek ?

    I can confirm that you successfully canceled your multiple subscriptions for Acrobat and the AI Assistant. Please be aware that a personal account does not benefit from duplicate subscriptions. If you are trying to license Acrobat for multiple people, please update this discussion so that a more cost-effective and functional solution can be presented, ​@Eylem+gök.

     

    Since you have so many subscriptions, over a short period of time on different dates, I would encourage you to contact us directly, @Eylem+gök. I don’t see any records of any attempts to reach us, so please use a different device to contact us at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. A member of our team can review your account in a secure setting and verify the status of any refunds.

     

    If an organization manages the device or network, then you will need their help to reach us.

    I still see no records of any attempts to reach us. If you can’t contact anyone at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen, then show this public discussion thread to someone locally who can help you.

    it takes up to 14 days for refunds to complete.

     

    meanwhile, check your account and confirm you’ve cancelled everything, http://account.adobe.com

     

    p.s. if you subscribed via an app store (and not adobe.com), contact the app store.
