Partner Perks (20% off Zoom): discount link shows full price — how can I apply the perk?

I’m trying to use the Partner Perks offer for 20% off Zoom, but the discount isn’t applying.
Even when I open the perk link and sign in, it still shows the full price and indicates there’s no discount.

• I’ve tried different browsers and incognito/private mode, and I’ve signed out and back in, but the price stays the same.
• I also contacted Zoom Support, but they didn’t know what to suggest, and Adobe support is referring me back to Zoom.

Has anyone used this Partner Perks Zoom discount successfully? What steps worked for you?
