Photoshop has forced me to change my password twice in less than a month! Both times in front of clients. It thinks someone else is using my account. There isn't. How can I stop this??

i don't think there's anything you can do.  the problem seems to be on adobe's end.

but if you don't have 2fa enabled, you can try that.

Dayspring, I can confirm that we did send you requests to reset your password. Per Kglad's suggestion, you can follow the steps at https://adobe.ly/3YTKGc7 to secure your account. Alternatively, you can use passkeys to sign in to your Adobe services, but this would not prevent the password requests if someone is maliciously starting the password reset process, Dayspring. Information on how to set up a passkey can be found at https://adobe.ly/3LFtkgf.

You may want to consider changing the email address associated with your Adobe subscription, Dayspring. This can be necessary if someone is actively submitting password resets based on your email address. Please see https://adobe.ly/3ZsalZE to change the email address associated with your account. You will then want to limit access to the new email address if you do think that someone is triggering the process on purpose, Dayspring. ^JW

I already have the "Sign in with Adobe Account Access app" option set up. The dialogue box that pops up is forcing me to change my password. It isn't giving me a choice. It is forcing me to change the password because it believes 2 people are using my account on 2 computers, when it's me using one PC to edit and another to present to clients.

It feels like an intimidation to force me to purchase another licence.
