Pathetic Customer Service
Hi,
I made almost 50 calls in last 2 weeks to Adobe and wrote multiple emails. All just fell on deaf ears! I was promised by a call back on my refund by 3 supervisors but never received a call back ever!! All this hassle for a refund of $22.47.
Adobe mentioned that the bank is rejecting the refund. I checked with the bank and they said it never happens on our end. Adobe asked me to update new card details on the account, for which they emailed the secure link. I did that twice, still no sight of refund or any update on the process. All I got told again by Adobe was "We will escalate this to our higher authorities and resolve within 24-48 hours". My previous cases are still open for the same issue for more than a week now.
Dealing with Adobe on this matter now feels like a dark hole which no one has any information about. Hope this message does not fall on DEAF EARS just like my emails and calls.
