Pay for premium no access

I purchased a premium membership for Lightroom on July 13, 2025. However, I deleted the app because I didn’t have enough storage space on my device. When I tried to reinstall the app, I no longer had access to the premium features, even though my membership is still active. Could you please help me? My Adobe ID is linked to my Apple ID:

did you subscribe via adobe.com or via a mobile app store?
