Paying but no active plan

I have been being charged monthly since 2024 and didn't realise, 99% sure that I cancelled my free trial. How can I fix this, stop the payments and hopefully get some money back? I ask the chatbot thing but it says I have no active plans, and that I am not allowed to talk to a human unless I have one.
Any ideas appreciated, thank you!

And it says no orders or invoices when i click on that bit.
