Paying for cloud w/ all of the apps but it is showing access ended
Hi, I have been paying for a student discount plan for almost 2 years now, and it suddenly stopped working but I'm still being charged and paying the $34.99 monthly. On my creative cloud account it shows access ended.
I tried reaching out to the support team with the chatbox, the only problem being that i CAN'T because it says that I need to contact my "administrator" for help, so I can't even access the chatbox and start a conversation. My plan says it is the Adobe Enterprise Plan, but my invoices say "Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB". I'm unable to access Adobe and need some customer support to figure out what to do.
