Paymenet despite no subscription

I have no subscription to any paid adobe services, but my father's credit card has been getting approx. 22 dollars taken out of it monthly in the name of creative cloud subscription. How do I find out which account is using my dad's card and how do we cancel it?

Your father's credit card has been compromised. You need to contact your card issuer, not Adobe.

(And my sympathies, I just had to deal with canceling my card and getting a bunch of payments moved.)
