Hello there, I’ve tried to make a payment for an Adobe Firefly subscription, but for some reason it’s not going through. I’ve already tried two different cards and neither one works. Could someone please help me with this issue?

    We appreciate your usage of our services, and I am sorry for the problems you are encountering while trying to start a Firefly subscription.

     

    Please make sure you use the Account Chooser to select the Personal account associated with your active Creative Cloud membership. You can find information on how to use the Account Chooser at https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html.

     

    I see that the Team subscription under the organizational account was canceled, so this could have been a possible cause of the payment failure, @dlmessori.

     

    What happens if you use the same method of payment that is used for your Creative Cloud subscription? Is the transaction still declined?
