Hello,
Dear Adobe,
- I've been trying to pay for my subscription for the last 2 months, the credit card that I use is not being permitted tough I've changed my card thrice now, and the credit card company says it doesn't have any problem on their end as said on almost every try that I do. I tried paying with the new catd yesterday itself and by 3:00 pm ist I got a mail that my payment didn't go through.
- I hope you see to this issue or I so done with this crap that I'll permanently shift from this platform to something else more reliable, it could maybe be your competitor 'Affinity', SO I hope you look into it and please please please have some respect for the customer who been trying to do their work and is being stopped by your stupid AI that doesn't see if the customer wanted and tried and failed because of the stupid AI to pay for their subscription.
- I hope that I get to see the great Adobe of the 2000 era where their were no such issues and it was a one time purchase.
- Also, please let people in India pay with PayPal, not everyone in here can afford credit cards, and some people do have other methods of payment.
- Additionally there are times when the customer has done everything right, and there are "issues with your payment detail/gateways", which wouldn't let them pay even of they tried their best. Thank you and I hope you look into this case and become better by going backwards, just like APPLE.
