I used my 7 day trial and now it wants me to pay. I dont want to pay but it keeps trying to charge my card. How do i stop it from trying? Please help guys!

Please make sure to complete the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/433KeLV soon so that you can successfully complete the cancellation process without fees. You can cancel per the timeline listed in https://adobe.ly/42FV0rp without fees or charges, but you must use a valid method of payment when activating your subscription. make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
