Question

I used my 7 day trial and now it wants me to pay. I dont want to pay but it keeps trying to charge my card. How do i stop it from trying? Please help guys!

For future viewers of this discussion, we do not offer free trials, but trials with payment. You can cancel per the timeline listed in https://adobe.ly/42FV0rp without fees or charges, but you must use a valid method of payment when activating your subscription. If the payment fails, then you will be unable to cancel or manage your membership until an updated payment method has been added to the account. ^JW

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
