Hello,

I Just saw that Adobe took payment (36 Eur) from my credit card. I want my money back because I do not use additional photos. I only used the free version and when I canceled my membership it was said that my money will be returned. I want to ask what should I do?

Best wishes

This is a user to user forum. I'm just another user like yourself, and have no official connection to Adobe. Here is a link where you can contact Adobe via live chat, and perhaps someone there will be able to help you.

Adobe should be sued for deceptive marketing! Did not want . Their billing seems to work well for them but not easy to get out.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
