Payment Amount Incorrect

I purchased the 'Creative Cloud All Apps' package with the student plan today. The amount I had to pay was 100 Turkish Lira. But it shows as 174 Turkish Lira on my credit card. How can I solve this problem?

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
