Payment and cancellation of subscription

I have just received an email that they have tried to collect the money but they have not been able to since I don't have much money at the moment. My question is, how long do I have to pay? Since it says that if I do not pay the plan will be canceled automatically, and my other question is that if when it is canceled I will be charged the fee for canceling it? I say this because as they cancel it because I did not pay it, I do not know if they charge me the fee.

(that would be quite a loop-hole if adobe failed to charge you for early cancellation.)
