Payment cancellation!

My subscription renewal time has come for the account registered with REMOVED, but due to the economic conditions in Turkey, the annual fee of 10,000 TL is too expensive for me. I want to cancel my subscription. When I contacted support via chat, my issue was not resolved. Instead of a cancellation option, I keep encountering the payment section. Can you please cancel my subscription?

Your first link mentions cancellation and return, but I couldn't find anything related to returns. It hasn't been 14 days since I purchased the product, so I canceled it, but I don't understand how to create a return or if it happens automatically.


it may not occur automatically.  if so, an adobe employee will need to tell you how to request the refund, if you're due one.

I checked and found that you have cancelled your subscription yesterday and the term will end on March 4, 2026.

no one can cancel for you.  you must do it yourself.
