Payment Deducted but Adobe Premiere Pro Access Not Activated
Hello Adobe Support Team,
I purchased an Adobe Premiere Pro subscription, and the payment of ₹398.99 has been successfully debited from my account. However, I have not received access to the software or any confirmation regarding the activation of my subscription.
Here are the transaction details:

- Date & Time: 13 June 2026, 7:06 AM

- UPI Transaction ID: 103474274805

- Payment Method: Google Pay (Union Bank of India)
I have attached the payment screenshot as proof of the transaction. Kindly verify the payment and activate my subscription or process a refund if the payment was unsuccessful.
