Payment deducted yet no order appears in my plan
Dear community,
as many of you I have spent hours trying to get the right support and I am becoming very frustrated. I have ordered a year plan of adobe CC full package with a discount offered two weeks ago. The payment was deducted from my paypal account, yet I have not received anything from adobe nor I can see the order in my plan. How do I solve this? Mainly how do I get in touch with anyone from adobe to actually talk to me?
