Payment done still getting trial expiry error

Why am I getting the trial expired message despite payment being deducted from my account , this is ridiculous I can't work on illustrator inspite or paying for the same

In addition to what @Kanikas mentioned. If you still get the error by logging into the correct Adobe ID then try the steps mentioned in the following link

Hi there, 

 

I see you have an Adobe account with the same ID as with the community, however, there is no subscription associated with it. Please make sure you are signed in with the correct email address. Did you get a purchase confirmation email?
