Payment Error

I have updated my payment info and the money has even been debited from my account, still it asks me to update it and my account has been suspended. Please help.

Hello,

I made the payment on 19th of Jan.

Since then my subsciption has been cancelled and the amount refunded.

check your account to see if the change is being processed, https://account.adobe.com

 

if not, contact support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

There is no change in my account and the the agent on the twitter is not responding to my queries.
