Payment Error

Hello, I wanted to switch my Adobe Creative Cloud student package from monthly pricing to annual pricing. I talked to the customer representative, he canceled my monthly plan and asked me to purchase an annual plan. When I tried to purchase an annual plan, I encountered a purchasing problem. 6 different credit cards, 3 different devices, 4 different price quotes, 3 different customer representatives, none of them worked. I've been dealing with this for a day, but I still can't make a purchase for the student plan. I wanted to switch to the monthly plan again, but it was not purchased either. There is no problem with my credit cards either. I even tried to open another adobe account but it didn't work. I need to switch to the annual plan as soon as possible and continue using the applications. what should I do? Is there a problem with the Adobe purchasing system? The error I get is: The operation may fail for various reasons. Double-check your payment information and make sure you entered it correctly. If this problem persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.

there is no monthly student/education plan.  there is an annual student/education plan paid monthly.  is that what you mean?

contact adobe support and carefully state what you want.  errors, like in your op, cause confusion.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
