Good afternoon, I want to know why my credit card was charged twice.

    also, your attached image is not viewable.  can you copy and paste that screenshot into a reply (to confirm you're being charged for an app and for stock - accounting for the two charges).

    I only chose one payment for 9.98 and I was charged twice

    one charge is for photoshop and one charge is for stock, just as @Kanikas explained.

     

    if you don't want the stock subscription, cancel it.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    As I understand you are being charged twice, I see that you have two active subscriptions under the ID that you are using with the community. You have a Photography plan and Adobe Stock plan, both ourchased 14 days ago.
