Hello, on email:<email removed by mod for security> I cancelled my subcsrtiption, get refund - 2 months ago, but my card still getting charged! 

And I cant connect with any represtetaive as I dont have paid account. 

Solve this immediately please, its such a shame you are charging me for non-existent thing.

    I would recommend you to follow the article shared by ​@kglad to identify the unknown charge on your account and contact your bank regarding the transaction details.
