payment failure
I have been trying to purchase the monthly plan for adobe illustrator since yesterday but the it keeps saying that payment info is incorrect when i have tried 2 different cards already.
I called the number that was provided to purchase the plan, and the employee sent me the adobe quote to purchase the plan. However, when i tried purchasing the plan again, it brings me to another website saying that we are sorry, but a system has occured.
What should i do about it? Thank you.
