Payment Failure

Hello, I attempted to pay for my plan earlier for Photoshop and payment was taken but I had an error message so I did not receive my product. I done this twice once with my bank account and once with my PayPal account and both done the same thing, money was taken out but no product.

I have no paid plans apparently? Money is pending in my bank account but nothing shows up in my plans on my account
