Payment issue

I downloaded Photoshop, entered my card details and had a 7 day free trial. Once it ended, at that tome I didint have enough money in my card so it didn't pay and I didnt use it for 2 weeks. Now I decided to use it again and I pressed in settings to try charging my card again. It took my money and when I try to open photoshop it still says I haven't payed. PLEASE HELP ME

great tip, I've suffered. missing chat icons in the past on various sites, maybe that was it!
