I'm having this problem, used multiple card friend card no use. Help me out!

1.  select the samr country/region that you use when you pay your credit card company, https://www.adobe.com/international/selector/

 

2. when you're trying to pay, make sure you use the matching country/region

That is locked, Bangladesh not available there
