Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am trying to purchase an Adobe Student Plan subscription, but I keep encountering a payment error. I have ensured that my card allows international and online transactions, and I have also contacted my bank to confirm that there are no issues on their end.

To troubleshoot the problem, I have:

Tried using different browsers and devices

Attempted payment with a different Adobe account

Used both my computer and mobile device

Verified that my payment method is valid and functional

Despite these efforts, the payment still fails. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? If needed, I am happy to provide any additional information regarding my payment attempt.

Which country are you writing from? Could share the screenshot of the error message that you are getting? Also, could you test making the payment using an alternative payment method?

Hello, I live in Türkiye and I get this error. I tried both payment methods but it still gives an error.

I see! Are you using credit card or debit card? Could you also mention the bank's name?
