Payment issue, however, can't reach support chat? Why?
Hello,
my Adobe Backend tells me that there is a Problem with my payment. However, I can't find any place where I can contact the Adobe support directly. My Bank account has enough money, there shouldn't be a problem... so I would like to know what happend!
However.... It seems it is impossible to reach a support chat? Why? I have a Question I doubt the community could answer and it shouldn't be a matter of the community....
