So I was trying to buy the creative cloud student plan today, after entering the details, it said that the payment is done, but I didn't get a mail and no sms regarding the deduction of money, so is it okay if I try and purchase it again, or should I wait? I am very worried regarding this (this is my first time buying it too)

so i checked and it shows no plans or subscriptions under my account that i made payment with, also while making a payment it didn't ask me for an otp
