Payment method has to be changed

Hello,

My brother has a plan for quite some time now. The payment method is not his, but my creditcard, because he didn't have any. For months I have been trying to get him to change the payment method or cancel the plan, but he doesn't do it. I don't have his account details, so I can't do it myself nor does he want to give it to me. I have the creditcard info: can someone help me change the payment method?

I am sorry, Gba, but only the account holder can adjust the payment method that is listed at https://adobe.ly/4p0TnMP. If this is not possible, then you can use the information at https://adobe.ly/3JUA2xR to verify the account that is causing the charge and click on https://adobe.ly/3JT1A6Q to speak with a member of our team who can then terminate the associated subscription.

This is primarily designed for people who no longer have access to their account or are subject to fraud, Gba, so you might want to first use the results of https://adobe.ly/3JUA2xR to help encourage your brother to complete the steps in https://adobe.ly/4p0TnMP first. Unexpectedly ending their subscription could have unpredictable results, Gba. Many of our documents and services are now cloud-based, so they may lose access without a paid subscription. ^JW
