Hey, i have been getting charged monthly from Adobe through my PayPal. I have two accounts which i have logged into and checked if there is a plan from them and they both say no. I want to know what account my payment is linked to, so i can cancel it as i'm getting charged £24 a month (am a student so need this cancelled asap or swapped to an account i use). thank you!

Hi KS,

I have completed all the accurate details and it says no charge can be found - money was taken out on the 17th of December and has been charging me every month. How do i proceed?

if https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html shows no account from adobe generating charges, report fraud to your credit card company. ie, adobe's not charging you. someone's impersonating adobe (if you were careful with the entry of your credit card data). double check.
