payment of on the eight day

Hello I was creating an account for my legal work I am fighting a dead line and started using adobe will the application that this company offer is not the 7 day trail offer and states.   They charge your card $1.oo in order to creat an account this is not mention in any the service application.  when I did it on line it said the information I submitted was not correct and I started an online chat with the sell rep, and it took appox 1 and 1/2 hour to get through the process and not one time did the sell rep state that they would charge your card a $ 1.00 not that it really matter to me. but I was doing legal work to submit to the California Superior Court and in order for you to do PDF you had to put your card information only for this company to lie and denied my transactions with this company.  If  this is how you do business by all mean add it to the website because I could have tried something different I filled this legal document on the California Superior Court  welbsite and need to edit the document and up popped the 7day free trail and written in front of you a date that your card would be charged;.mine were the 27th of Jan.  I feel that I have been mislead and the truth of the matter was conciled from myself . Being in a lower income bracket has been use against me to do the work that I am on need to complete.   if you were to inform the community of your company's intent then people such as I that is on goverment asstis will not waste the time.tring to improve themseleves in making the right choices in life and doing thing the legal way this is a set back for my case I wished to present  to the Courts plus to make matter worse the sells Rep had the gull to ask,, for another card  each there is a decline on my card there is a charges. My income is $941.70 amonth you to the math I can barly afford to pay the every day lliving espensive when company like this is misleading the community in to thinking they have 7 day free and it state in writing that you card will not be charged.  Thus the impact on the community from which I live will never be able to get the right direction in life if your company keeps misleading the lower income community.  Adobe is not a company that need to this I am sure that this company is not  hurting for money and your website also  give them the option to cancel on line   with in the 7 days I wonder if that is so true.  I am very disappointed in this company. by the way I do have account with you but I chose not to use it  beause I needed and windows account and this is what I needed to work on the very old lap top that window 10 has been installed on.  The only thing I can say about this matter is everyone don't have a dallor to activate an account with this company when they get done paying bill and rent.especial if their income is below the cost of living . No it not your fault but this company would want to consider the the people that are making it the best way they can without breaking the law. in order to make ends meet. now I wonder How to get the doclument from the app
