payment plan and website mapping

i have an issue with not being able to pay past the renewal window and payment history makes now sense as doesn't log all the payments. my other problem is the website's layout and tabs to other part of the adobe site like this "adobe support cummunity" for example i have to google just to find to make my complaint.
