Are you sure your brain is functioning properly? I already stated that I completed the trial membership. Your ridiculous subscription agreement is designed to steal people's money like thieves, which is why you blocked my account and reactivated my subscription as soon as money was credited to my account. This happened without my request or consent. You don't have a customer service phone number or support email address; it's a joke that I have to try to explain the situation to amateur, incompetent people like you through this ridiculous support panel. Refund my money immediately. And whether I use your ridiculous app or not is none of your business, know your place!
