payment problem

Hi, I'm trying to buy Adobe, but my card is being declined. I've tried two different cards and I get this message: "We were unable to process your payment. Please review your payment details. If the problem persists, try another payment method or contact your bank."

I already spoke with my bank and they haven't helped.

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
