payment problem

Good morning,

I can't access Photoshop or Lightroom anymore. Adobe tells me that I paid the bill and that I just have to download them but when I go to the "download" tab, adobe tells me that I have to pay again and that the package is no longer available. I don't understand this double language! Could someone help me with this problem?

Log-in to your account below to confirm your paid subscription is what you think it is.  Also check that payment details are current.

If all is as it should be, remain signed-in and go to the Creative Cloud download page.  Click the blue download button and install Creative Cloud desktop app.

What Download Tab????

 

To installed Adobe programs that you have a Subscription for you use the Creative Cloud Desktop App. You install that first then in that app you install the programs you have subscribed to.

 

 

Look here for instruction to download the CC DTA.
