Payment problem: my company do not hace credit card and SEPA payments do not work. What can I do?

I need help to renove my license. My new company do not hace credit card. I choose SEPA option, fill all the data bur payment is not complete. Any idea of how to solve this?

    Hi ​@AndreaSCQ,

    As per your account info, you have an individual subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro. You can try and make the payment using a different payment mode or credit card(if that works for you).

    Thanks but i’ve already tried all this instructions. The problem is that we don’t have a company credit card and I choose SEPA (receip send directly to de bank) but it seem it doesn’t work… any experiences with SEPA payments?

    I understand. This is not an enterprise account, you can make the payment using any other payment mode. Which all payment modes have you tried?
